A healthy lifestyle—including following a healthy dietary pattern— can help people achieve and maintain good health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like cancer throughout all stages of the lifespan. The focus of this EBCCP program area is on supporting healthy dietary patterns through lifestyle interventions to help people of all ages maintain a healthy weight and reduce their cancer risk.
